Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase of Awan Agent. This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund and how to request one. Payments for Awan Agent subscriptions are securely processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

New Pro subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial purchase, for any reason. After this window, refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis (for example: duplicate charges, billing errors, or a service that was demonstrably unavailable).

2. Subscription cancellations

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing ohawanaofficial@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing period remains active until its end date and is not pro-rated.

3. How to request a refund

Email ohawanaofficial@gmail.com with your order ID (from the Lemon Squeezy receipt) and the reason for the request. We respond within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Lemon Squeezy within 5–10 business days.

4. Non-refundable items

One-time add-ons, custom enterprise engagements, and renewals after the initial 14-day window are non-refundable unless required by applicable law (including EU consumer rights).
