By accessing Awan Agent you agree to these Terms. The service is provided on an "as is" basis to help you assess regulatory exposure across AI surfaces.
1. Acceptable use
You may only scan domains and AI tools you own or have explicit authorization to test. Unauthorized scanning is prohibited and may result in account termination.
2. Subscriptions & billing
The Professional Plan is billed monthly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis.
3. Compliance disclaimer
Awan Agent provides automated guidance, not legal advice. You remain responsible for achieving and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations including the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, GDPR and SOC 2.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awan Agent's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
